Lisa M. Dario, Ph.D.

 

Dr. Lisa M. Dario is an Associate Professor in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Florida Atlantic University. Her current research interests include police technology, community-oriented policing, and the history of policing in America. Her research has been published in such outlets as Justice Quarterly, Criminology and Public Policy, Criminal Justice and Behavior, the Journal of Experimental Criminology, and Crime and Delinquency. Dr. Dario teaches undergraduate and graduate courses including Policing in America, Police Accountability, History of Policing, and Research Methods.
